This contest is open only to legal residents of Windsor-Essex County who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Motor City Community Credit Union and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The contest is void where prohibited by law.

2) Contest Period

The contest begins on November 28, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (EST) and ends on January 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (EST). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3) Sponsor Information

The contest sponsor is Motor City Community Credit Union, 6701 Tecumseh Road East, Windsor, ON, N8T 1E8. All inquiries regarding the contest should reference this sponsor.

4) How to Enter

To enter, contestants must follow Motor City Community Credit Union’s Instagram account (@motorcitycommunitycu). Only one entry per contestant will be accepted; multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

5) Prize

Two (2) winners will each receive a $250 gift certificate to a local grocery chain of their choice. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $500 CAD. The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, not resellable, and has no cash value. Motor City Community Credit Union reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6) Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7) Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries. Selected entrants will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 14 days after the contest closes. If a selected entrant does not respond within 14 days, or fails to comply with the terms, or cannot answer the skill-testing question, an alternate entrant may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of winner confirmation.

8) Skill-Testing Question

To be declared a winner, a selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Motor City Community Credit Union.

9) Consent to Publicity

By entering, contestants consent to Motor City Community Credit Union’s use of their name, city, and photograph—including the right to post photographs of winners—for promotional and marketing purposes in any media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10) General Conditions

By entering, contestants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Motor City Community Credit Union, which are final. The Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any entry not in compliance with these rules or deemed inappropriate. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

11) Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel

Motor City Community Credit Union reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the contest at any time and for any reason, including in the event of technical difficulties, fraud, or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

12) Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for contest administration and prize fulfillment and in accordance with Motor City Community Credit Union’s Privacy Policy https://www.mcccu.com/privacy-and-security.

13) Release and Liability

By entering, entrants release Motor City Community Credit Union, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the contest or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
