Personal Financial Management Update

A month ago, we performed a regular review of our Personal Financial Management (PFM) Tool in Online Banking and found that our partner that provides this tool will no longer meet our high data and privacy standards.

Above all else, we want you to know that your data remains secure and our protection of member information is a top priority at Motor City. Because of this, we have made the difficult decision to deactivate PFM on December 3, 2020 at 12:00PM.

After the deactivation, PFM will no longer be available. As a result of this, all External Accounts that are linked, and Assets & Liabilities will also no longer be available. Only Motor City Accounts will remain. Please see the example below of how Online Banking will look.
