Windsor, ON – Motor City Community Credit Union launches upgraded public website as part of a multi-phase digital member experience transformation utilizing the Forge Digital Banking suite of online services, aligning with many other Canadian credit unions.

Rob Griffith, Chief Executive Officer of Motor City Community Credit Union, is enthusiastic about how this transformation will elevate digital banking. “The need for a strong foundation was clear to us as we embarked on the renewal of our online experience, with the public website being the keystone of the project. We are fiercely committed to enhancing our member’s experience and the Forge Platform gives us the flexibility to innovate with the changing demands of the market.”

The Forge Digital Banking suite is an integrated solution that includes the public website, online banking, and mobile app. Plus, more services are being developed for future integration. This multi-year project is putting the member experience first and will fundamentally improve the way Motor City’s members perform their day-to-day banking, creating a cohesive experience across all channels.

“Congratulations to Motor City Community Credit Union for prioritizing the ever-evolving needs of their members in introducing them to a refined digital banking experience,” says Mark Blucher, President and CEO of Central 1. “As the Forge Digital Banking Platform is designed to adapt and pivot with customer needs and trends, they will continuously be on the cutting edge of collaborative innovation.”
